We offer ongoing training each week to provide our new associates with the tools and understanding that are needed to successfully assist public school employees with their retirement plans.
Our webinars / training sessions are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. CT and Friday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. CT. A schedule of dates and topics will be provided upon request.
Experienced trainers will be presenting and discussing specific topics during each session, and operating the chat box feature of the training session to assist in answering any questions you may have during the presentation. Some of our executive leadership members will also be available during the calls to provide assistance and support.
Please join our training calls at 9:55 a.m. so that we can go over a few housekeeping items and more importantly, so that we can keep the calls on schedule. Please remember to place your phone on mute during the presentation, unless the trainer or presenter tells you otherwise. And finally, during the “question and answer” sessions, please remember there is no such thing as a “bad” question!
